Lawful basis

We process enquiry data on legitimate interest and consent (PECR) for marketing contact. Customer training data is processed under contract.

PECR & marketing

B2B outreach follows UK PECR guidance. We maintain suppression lists and honour opt-out requests promptly.

Essential cookies run the site. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only after consent via our cookie banner.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless you request deletion sooner. Customer training data retention is defined in your contract.
